1. Planning of Teaching
During the planning of teaching, the teacher performs the following activities :
(1) Task Analyses
(2) Indentification of Teaching Objectives
(3) Writing of the Learning Objectives.
1. Task-Analysis – In order to develop the teaching and training programmes, the analysis of actual work situation has been carried out.
Task-Analysis has four characteristics-
(i) The description of the students, Learning acti-vities.
(ii) Identification of desirable behaviours.
(iii) Identification of the stimuli or situations by which one can expect student’s desirable behaviour.
(iv) Determining the standard for desirable attainment.
